Syabas 88 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Syabas 88 ("Platform", "We", or "Syabas 88"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Syabas 88 platform, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the Syabas 88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Syabas 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure continued compliance.

To register and use Syabas 88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. Syabas 88 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Be solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online betting activities is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not listed on any betting platform's Self-Exclusion register or related exclusion list.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Change your password regularly — at least once every three months.

• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Syabas 88 accepts deposits via legitimate, recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Syabas 88 does not accept any foreign currency.

Syabas 88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, individual payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

• Rollover Requirement: All deposit bonuses carry a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements are typically between 10x and 25x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per match or session is RM500 unless otherwise stated.

• Suspended Matches: For postponed Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports matches — if the match does not resume within 24 hours, all related bets will be refunded.
• Match Cancelled: All bets on matches fully cancelled by the organiser will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet slip is RM1.
• Parlay: Parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two (2) selections. All selections in a parlay must win for the bet to be successful.

• Technical Failure: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, Syabas 88 will endeavour to restore the state to what it was prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be voided.
• Final Decision: Settled game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
